Pod Racer VR does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The game runs entirely on your headset and does not require an internet connection to play. It saves your high scores and audio settings locally on the device, and that information never leaves it.

Citiview Studios does not collect names, email addresses, account identifiers, location, voice recordings, hand- or eye-tracking data, gameplay telemetry, crash reports, or analytics of any kind. The game contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and no in-app purchases.
Because no information is collected, there is none to use. Nothing you do in the game is profiled, analysed, or used to build an advertising or behavioural profile.
We share nothing, because we hold nothing. Citiview Studios does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose any user information to any third party, and the game sends no data to any server, advertiser, or data broker.
We retain nothing. No user data ever reaches Citiview Studios, so there is nothing held, nothing archived, and nothing for us to delete. The scores and settings described below are kept on your own headset for as long as the game is installed, and are deleted with it. Should any of this change, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect.
Pod Racer VR saves a small amount of data to your headset's own private app storage so the game remembers your progress between sessions:
This information stays on your device. It is never transmitted to Citiview Studios or to anyone else, it contains nothing that identifies you, and it is removed by your headset when you uninstall the game. You can clear it at any time by uninstalling and reinstalling.
The game makes no network requests. It does not connect to our servers or to any third-party service while you play.
Because the game collects no data at all, it collects no data from children, and none is knowingly collected from anyone under 13.
The game is distributed through the Meta Horizon Store. Any data related to your purchase or download is handled by Meta under Meta's Privacy Policy, not by us. Citiview Studios receives no personal information from Meta beyond aggregate, anonymous sales figures.
Rights of access, correction, and deletion apply to data a developer holds. Citiview Studios holds none in connection with this game. If you would like written confirmation of that, write to the address below and we will provide it.
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date above.
